College Station Conference

January 29 – February 1, 2025

The MSC Abbott Family Leadership Conference is a transformative experience designed to challenge Texas A&M sophomore and junior student leaders to explore and solidify their personal values, ethics, and leadership principles. Through engaging discussions, impactful speaker sessions, and meaningful interactions with industry leaders, former students, and local families, delegates gain valuable insights into leadership, service, and the importance of family in shaping a fulfilling life.

Founded by Frank and Joanie Abbott 30 years ago, this four-day conference takes place in College Station and provides a unique opportunity for students to reflect on their morals and ethics, apply them to their roles as student leaders, and prepare for future leadership in their careers and communities. Delegates engage with distinguished speakers, participate in roundtable discussions, and build meaningful connections that challenge them to define success beyond personal achievement—emphasizing service, integrity, and ethical leadership.

MSC AFLC is deeply rooted in Texas A&M’s traditions and the Aggie Core Values. Whether through thought-provoking conversations, service projects, or mentorship opportunities, delegates leave the conference with a strengthened sense of purpose, a commitment to serving others, and a deeper understanding of what it means to lead with character.
